Molly Kemball was a science writer who has worked within the lab’s education initiative, and is one of the co-authors of our Operation Outbreak textbook, Outbreak Science. Prior to this position, she was a Project Coordinator within the lab, and enjoyed being (peripherally) involved in many of the amazing projects of the Sabeti Lab.
Molly went to Middlebury College in Vermont for undergrad, where she graduated with High Honors for her thesis work exploring the barriers to healthcare access experienced by agricultural workers within Vermont. She received Middlebury’s Guarnaccia Prize for her research. Molly received her Masters in Public Health in Public Health Practice 2020; she completed her capstone project with the local CASPAR shelter in Cambridge, Massachusetts helping inform their COVID policies, training staff in proper PPE use, and working to secure funding for their COVID response initiatives.
While not writing for the Outbreak Science textbook, Molly can be found working toward her MD at Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. She is currently in her third year.
